PSI technology has proved to be an effective tool for planning UKA and TKA primary surgeries and for revision of UNI and PFJ implants. However, PSI technology is seldom used for TKA revision cases so far due to extensive bony destruction after primary TKA prosthesis removal and, consequently, the loss of anchor points for PSI guides fixation. Dr. Leòn will present his experience with the MyKnee R technology, a new way of using PSI in TKA revision creating PSI blocks that fit on the prosthesis in situ and can be used as pin positioners for standard cutting guides.
