SUMMARY:WHY AND HOW TO REDUCE THE LENGTH OF A CEMENTED HIP STEM?
DESCRIPTION:During this webinar\, Dr. Luc Kerboull and Prof. Moussa Hamadouche will present the concept of the AMIS-K cemented stem\, an evolution of the original Charnley-Kerboull stem (CK). They will explain why and how\, based on the proven results of the CK stem\, the length of the stem has been successfully reduced by 12%. They will discuss the “French paradox” cementing technique and the use of a shortened stem suitable for different approaches and indications. The panel will share their experiences and clinical results\, as well as address questions from the audience in an interactive Q&A session. \nFaculty: \n\nProf. Moussa Hamadouche (Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Cochin\, Paris\, FR)\nDr. Luc Kerboull (Clinique Arago Paris\, Paris\, FR)\n\nIN CASE YOU MISSED IT
