DESCRIPTION:The majority of orthopedic surgeons are now practicing despite the looming pandemic. COVID – 19 put elective procedures at a pause from mid-March through April and many surgeons have spent that time implementing new standard protocols and procedures to remain efficient and compliant in their day-to-day practices. As total joint surgeries have ramped up in the month of June\, many surgeons had to adapt and evolve to patient concerns\, hospital requirements\, staffing issues and much more.
