Why and how to reduce the length of a cemented hip stem?

During this webinar, Dr. Luc Kerboull and Prof. Moussa Hamadouche will present the concept of the AMIS-K cemented stem, an evolution of the original Charnley-Kerboull stem (CK). They will explain why and how, based on the proven results of the CK stem, the length of the stem has been successfully reduced by 12%. They will discuss the “French paradox” cementing technique and the use of a shortened stem suitable for different approaches and indications. The panel will share their experiences and clinical results, as well as address questions from the audience in an interactive Q&A session.
